Rent a Chevrolet Camaro if you ever get the chance. Do yourself a favor and don’t pass on the experience. I was on a business trip from Los Angeles California to Las Vegas California with a business associate. We decided to rent a nice car for the roadtrip and we came across the all new convertible Chevy Camaro. The stylish design and amazing power of the car made our decision for us. We finished up the rental papers and we were on our way. We put the top down and headed towards Las Vegas. The new Chevy Camaro has amazing power and believe it or not great handling. Me and my associate made it to Las Vegas faster then we thought, we actually made it there in record time thanks to the Camaro. I can’t wait until I can rent a 2009 Chevy Camaro. If the older Camaro was as fun and exciting as it was, I cant imagine how the new Camaro will be.
The 2008 / 2009 Chevrolet Camaro captures the beauty and styling of the classic 1967 – 1970 Camaro and adds technology and power. The new Camaro will house a 6.0 Liter, V8, 400hp horsepower LS2 engine that is tuned to near perfection. If that isn’t enough for you Chevy will be putting in a LS3 engine in the Z28 model. The New LS3 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 will feature L92 cylinder heads that will produce 430hp – 450hp. Still not enough for you? Well Chevy has you covered. The 2009 Chevrolet Camaro SS / Z28 will not only house the all new LS3 powerhouse but it will also be assisted by a roots-style supercharger which in unison will put out 550hp.
How do you harness all this power? The new Camaro puts all horses on the ground with a new 6-speed manual racing transmission which has widely spaced gear ratios to tame the beast. Massive four wheel vented disc breaks help bring this bullet to a stop. The 14 inch rotors come to a stop with the help of true high performance brakes. Wrapped in beautiful 21 inch front and 22 inch rear wheels the 2009 Chevy Camaro has a stance like no other. To top it all off Chevy used a refined chassis with progressive rate springs. The four wheel independent suspension and low stance allows you to whip through turns without spilling your coffee.
